Jane’s extensive background in management, from leading as a regional retail manager overseeing numerous locations to transitioning into healthcare practice management in Canada, has always revolved around the power of collaboration. In the healthcare realm, Jane managed a collaborative care practice alongside a family doctor and later served as a practice coach for an optometrist. However, it was her personal journey with Meniere’s disease and autoimmune ear disease that solidified the importance of collaborative care in her life.
