What began as a three-day job turned into a career spanning over forty years. Founding and operating a small furniture business provided me with a wide range of experiences and the opportunity to tackle ever-evolving challenges. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats, taking an active role in all facets of the business—from sales and marketing to human resources, staff training and motivation, and financial management.
In addition to my business endeavors, I dedicated over 14 years to volunteer board service with Retail BC (now part of the Retail Council of Canada) and a local Vancouver BIA.
I’m excited to bring my experience and insight to the CCMI board as we navigate these dynamic and challenging times together.
