
Miranda Roseland
Miranda Roseland is a project management professional with a strong academic foundation and a passion for building effective systems that help teams collaborate, communicate, and deliver meaningful results. She holds a Master of Project Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Development from McGill University, where she led several large-scale student initiatives.
Miranda currently works at the UBC, where she supports strategic planning, process improvement, and cross-unit coordination. She is known for creating structure in complex workstreams, guiding teams through ambiguous projects, and designing tools that make planning and decision-making easier for everyone involved.
Beyond her academic and professional background, Miranda brings a genuine commitment to continuous learning and organizational effectiveness. She is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and is currently preparing for her PMP, reflecting her dedication to strengthening systems and improving how teams function.
As a member of CCMI’s Board, Miranda is excited to contribute her project management expertise, her experience working with diverse stakeholders, and her enthusiasm for helping mission-driven organizations operate with clarity, purpose, and intentionality. Her work is grounded in the belief that strong processes and thoughtful collaboration enable teams and communities to do their best work.
