Amazing support from CCMI

Professional development has been offered to our teams from CCMI for several years. We have participated in Motivational Interviewing training for staff, leaders and trainers. We have also benefited from education around health literacy, and communication strategies. CCMI always ensures our training meets the needs of the audience and goes the extra mile to consider a quality improvement lens to their training. They are flexible in their scheduling and collaborate often. They communicate frequently and are easily accessible. Feedback from our staff is positive as they are able to practice skills during the training and consider how they can apply to their practice. Without CCMI, training for relational practice would not be as supported as it is today. Thanks CCMI!
