I enjoyed the practice sessions as I felt they solidified my learnings in a non-judgmental and open space to practice what I learned.

The practical learning and role playing was very helpful on practicing MI techniques and working through the awkwardness of the first few times of using MI.

The one-to-one time with the instructor were very useful, clear and easy to follow
